The OSS Mass Casualty Event Case is a hard-case mass casualty kit and Complete Training Center all in one. It houses twenty (16) individual throw kits for multiple victims and all critical items needed when treating severe penetrating traumatic injuries including uncontrollable blood loss.
The Bleeding Control Kits can be dropped, kicked, or thrown to victims in or around a mass casualty scene. These critical lifesaving items are currently used by medical staff to treat life-threatening injuries such as those incurred by a single or multiple gunshots or penetrating trauma injuries. The OSS Mass Casualty Case is currently in use by several Law Enforcement/Fire/EMS agencies as well as educational institutions across the country.
This case has four (2) individual Training Modules mounted on the inside lid. It has everything you need to teach any staff that may have to deploy these lifesaving items during a critical incident. The training Modules can also be used in an emergency.

Built for Rapid Victim Access
Each internal throw kit operates as a compact trauma medical bag that can be dropped, kicked, or thrown directly to victims across a chaotic scene. Packed with essential components found in professional trauma kits, including hemostatic gauze and a rubber tourniquet, these kits support immediate bleeding control when seconds matter.
Integrated Training Center
Mounted inside the lid are four dedicated training modules, creating a self-contained instruction platform. This built-in training capability ensures staff can confidently deploy each trauma first aid kit during a critical incident. The modules can also be used operationally, making this more than a storage case. It is a fully functional, portable medical kit system designed for preparedness and response.
