Shipping & Returns

At Officer Survival Solutions, we’re committed to getting your gear delivered quickly, safely, and reliably. Please review our shipping terms below before placing your order

Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days.
  • Custom or made-to-order items (including trauma kits or modified gear) may require additional processing time. We will notify you if delays are expected.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship within the United States (including APO/FPO addresses).
  • International shipping is not available at this time.
  • Some tactical or protective gear may have shipping limitations due to federal, state, or local regulations.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • You can track your package anytime via the carrier's website

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Officer Survival Solutions is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
  • If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 3 business days at sales@officersurvivalsolutions.com with photos of the item and packaging.

RETURNS

Eligibility for Returns

  • You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging with all components and accessories included.
  • Custom-built trauma kits, made-to-order gear, and any modified or personalized items are final sale and non-returnable.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
